WHAT HAPPENED:
Off Bypass Route 291, a parked car was found containing a very grisly scene, the "crisped black" remains of Waymon Wood.
Although the windshield had suffered the effects of the intense heat needed to burn the human body to such a "crisped black," a half tank of fuel was left untouched in the gas tank.
